Refund Policy

We strive to provide excellent service and want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Refund requests are considered on a case-by-case basis for legitimate concerns or technical issues that prevent proper use of our service.

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Only the initial subscription payment is eligible for a refund
  • Refund requests must be made promptly after purchase for legitimate concerns
  • Renewal payments are generally non-refundable
  • Refunds may be denied in cases of abuse, policy violations, or fraudulent activity

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Check your email for the receipt from Paddle (our payment processor)
  2. Click on the "Manage my subscription" or "Get help with this purchase" link in the email
  3. Follow the instructions to request a refund

Refund Processing

Once your refund request is approved, we will process it within 2 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment method and financial institution.

Credit/Debit Cards: 5-10 business days
PayPal: 3-5 business days
Bank Transfers: 5-15 business days

Subscription Cancellation

Requesting a refund will automatically cancel your subscription. You will continue to have access to BigeReader's premium features until the end of your current billing period.

If you wish to continue using BigeReader after your refund, you'll need to create a new subscription.
